16S bioinformatics will be performed using mothur and R. 16S reports will include alpha and beta diversity analyses, including boxplots and principal coordinate analysis PCoA plots, as well as network analysis upon request.

Custom / Multi-Omic Analysis
We are more than happy to accommodate custom or multi-omic bioinformatics as required. We may be able to accommodate specific analytic tools upon request, though these may extend turn-around time. Please reach out to us for estimates.
Other Services
Complete bioinformatic reports will be delivered outlining key findings of our analysis. A brief description of our methods used will be provided for publication. A results section summarizing the overall analysis and findings can be supplied for an additional $500 fee.
